What is Home Watch?

Home Watch is defined by The National Home Watch Association as “The visual inspection of a home or property looking for obvious issues.”

Are you insured?

Yes! Housepitality Home Check is insured and bonded and is an accredited member of the National Home Watch Association.

How often should I have my home checked?

Housepitality Home Check encourages weekly visits to ensure your peace of mind. We will be there to check on your home and report back that everything is just the way you left it. Many things can happen in a short amount of time including plumbing issues and mold growth if left unattended and not looked after.

What areas do you serve?

Housepitality Home check primarily services the Lakewood Ranch area of Bradenton. Please inquire about surrounding areas as well. Click here for a list of the neighborhoods.

How much do you charge?

We are happy to provide a free consultation where we will walk through your home and provide you with your own custom price based on the size of your home and frequency of visits.

Do I have to sign a contract?

Yes. The contract is for your safety and ours. It gives authorization to enter your home and discusses liability. The contract can be cancelled with a 30-day notice.

Do I have to pay if I come in town and do not need your service?

No! We will not charge you if we do not provide service. Your account will be placed on hold and resumed when you are ready.

Do you offer any concierge or custom services?

Yes! We are happy to help customize a list of services to help you while you are away. Click here for a list.

What is a Key Holder service?

A key holder is a trusted person that holds keys to your home and allows access to your home while you are away. Whether it is a service company or guests, day or night, we will be there to help!
